Cancellation policy
This policy describes how cancellations work for paid plans on this Tracerail deployment. Exact buttons and URLs depend on your billing integration; your payment processor’s terms also apply at checkout and in the customer portal.
How to cancel
When billing is enabled, sign in and open your billing or customer portal from the pricing or account flows (for example via the checkout provider’s portal link). From there you can cancel renewal, update payment methods, or download invoices—according to what your processor exposes for this deployment. If you cannot find the portal, contact the operator of the site where you subscribed.
Billing periods and renewal
Paid plans are typically billed on a recurring schedule (for example monthly or annual) through the configured payment provider. Cancellation stops future renewals as defined by that provider: you usually keep access until the end of the period you already paid for unless the operator states otherwise.
Refunds and chargebacks
Refunds, partial credits, and chargeback handling follow the payment processor’s rules and any terms shown at purchase. This deployment does not guarantee refunds unless the operator publishes a separate refund policy. For disputes, start with the operator’s support or the portal’s help flow.
After cancellation
When your subscription ends or downgrades, feature limits (monitors, public status, API usage) adjust to the new tier. The operator may retain account data for a period consistent with the privacy policy and legal requirements; request deletion through the contact channel they publish.
